The Final Term Begins
Welcome back to term 4! Thanks for the great entries about your holidays- sounds like everyone was very busy. To finish off our writing project we are going to try to publish them on our blogs and on the wiki. I have found a range of site which are possible ones to use to create books and then get the embedding code to put back on your blog. Please check them out and we can decide which is best.
The second project for the moment is to find a photo and write a six word line about you. There are some examples by teachers here www.6words.wikispaces.com to give you ideas about what you can do . There are heaps of photos available that are creative commons ones- ie copyright free for you to use for this and for your books on www.flickrcc.com.
You could also try using www.compfight.com which searches flickr creative commons by subject on tags. A goodd search term for flickr is interestingness. Find a photo that really suits you and good ones to illustrate your book too.
